Camp We Go has meant the world to us. The staff’s dedication to inclusion and their support in music, swimming, and sensory activities have been amazing. Watching our daughter thrive, have a blast in the summer, and enjoy these activities has warmed our hearts. We’re so thankful for Camp We Go!”

“Camp We Go has been a safe haven for our son, he has been gifted a safe space to grow, play, discover and let his beautiful light shine. He has been attending Camp We Go since it’s start and every summer looks forward to engaging with the incredible staff and volunteers that make summer time a time where wholesome fun and memories are made.   Thank you Camp We Go!

Camp We-Go is the only summer camp program where I can send my son without any anxieties. I am confident that he will be heard and understood despite his non-verbal nature. I know he is safe under the supervision of dedicated, well-trained camp counselors and volunteers. Most importantly, I am certain that he will thoroughly enjoy himself, as he can truly be himself, have fun, and be celebrated for all his exploration and growth there.”

“My 6 year old son has attended Camp We Go for the past 3 years and he loves it! They have structured stations for him to explore with a one-on-one aid to support his engagement in the activities and to dress toileting needs. Every summer it feels like my son is coming “home.” The staff is friendly, professional and helpful.”

We are so grateful to have found Camp We Go.  Both of my kids love it.   We’re so happy that our neurotypical daughter can go to camp with her brother who has a disability because they attend different schools. Our daughter gets to see her brother as a valuable member of the camp community who is accepted just as he is.  Our son gets to experience all the fun activities of a traditional camp and socialize with teenage peers.”

Camp We-Go has given our son the opportunity to experience the joys of summer camp in a safe and supportive environment. Given his developmental and physical challenges, our son is unable to attend typical summer camps. Camp We-Go makes it possible for him to experience many of the traditional summer camp activities (swimming, tie dye, music, etc.) with the support he needs to be safe, successful and have fun. We are deeply grateful for the skilled, loving staff at Camp We-Go who make this program available to him and many other families facing similar challenges.”

Camp-We-Go has been a big factor in my life. Starting when I was only four years old, I have met so many people, learned so much from them, and had loads of fun. As the years have gone by since then, I have been eager to go every summer as a counselor and make an engaging, fun experience for these kids. Over the years, I have witnessed many beautiful interactions between the campers and the counselors. It warms my heart seeing these kids create many core memories that they may or may not have difficulty making. For the next generation of campers (and counselors) that will be attending Camp-We-Go, I hope that it can continue being a wonderful environment for all kids to participate in and make new friends. You’ll definitely find me there!”
